Mental Health Awareness Week is the 12th to 18th May and is fast approaching.
Mental Health is something that really matters to me. We all go through ups and downs, including me!
Sometimes just knowing you're not alone can make a real difference to our mental wellbeing.
From this week onwards ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week I’m going to make a conscious effort to be kinder to myself by thinking more about my own self-care.
I’m going to check in more frequently with the people I care about including those that seem to be doing ok.
It’s so easy to get swept away with the busyness of life and forget to check in with ourselves and others.
Mental health matters every day but Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder for us all to speak openly and show support for one another.
Let’s talk, let’s check in with each other so we can keep on trying to reduce the stigma around Mental Health.
Even a small conversation can make a big difference to someone struggling with their Mental Health
If you’re struggling please know that you are not alone. Help is out there.
